Hello and welcome to TLatrese Customs! I am her and she is Me. Tollie Latrese, hence, TLatrese. Just a snippet about the owner of TLatrese Customs. This business was built from the mind and the know how of TLatrese. The things that you see here on this sight have been in my mind since I knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur, over 30 years ago. I have thought and also used these things in my career as a Master Cosmetologist to help my clients with hair, body and soul. I have since this Pandemic with COVID had the time to put my products into fruition. I call them my “experiences in a bottle” because this is exactly what they are. I also have a degree in the Health Science and so this opens my eyes to the healthcare side of things as well. Together this also allows me to be able to combine all my expertise so that I may help others, the HOLISTIC approach of mind, body, soul. I am blessed with and use my eclectic mind and creativity in using my hands to make people smile and feel good. So here I am and here you go!… TLatrese Customs!! Refund/Exchange Policy
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and less than half of the container has been used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at tlatresecustoms@gmail.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at tlatresecustoms@gmail.com.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Items in certain conditions cannot be returned, like items missing original labels or items where more than half of the container has been used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return/exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase using store credit for the new item.
Refunds: THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS! We will only be issuing store credit once and item is purchased. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit will be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receiving a store credit and will be allowed to purchase items using that credit.
